as i told before, i didn't do anything on a first week. only messing around and try to absorb as much as i can the way the engineers and all staffs at CIMA work. and, try to understand the basic thing on how the cement is produced.

amacam...ada mcam engineer CIMA x.....

second week, my partner and I started touring the plant. firstly, we went to kiln, where the most important material content in cement is produced. that part i will tell later. the second place, we went to raw mill. this is where raw materials used to produced clinker are processed.

on the third week, we went to cement mill, where the final stage after clinker is produced. this section consists of cement processing stage and packing stage before all the cement being exported.

on top of CIMA...

one thing when you work with 90% of its workers are man, definitely you will experience this. haila...i never greet this guy, but where on earth they try to match make me and this one guy. halolo...i take that as a compliment and the way you guys to make F-U-N. hahaha...well it just a silly milly things between US, buddy. well, i'm single and available then. hahaha
overall, undergo training at CIMA is one of my wonderful experience in industry. learn giga experience here and never missed the friends here. may god always bless us and always with us. amiiin...
